GALILEO MULTISCAN PANEL FOR GAS CONTROL
Description:
The “GALILEO MULTISCAN” gas control panels are microprocessor based control units for toxic and flammable gas detection. They can either be housed in a metal cabinet or in a 19” 3U rack and are available in three different options:
GALILEO MULTISCAN LIGHT & PARKING require analogue 4-20 mA detectors, connected to the panel via remote 8-input cards on RS485 bus lines.
GALILEO MULTISCAN “IDI” can manage up to 120 “addressable” gas detectors directly connected on the 4 RS485 bus lines (30 detectors per each RS485 bus line).
The backlit graphic LCD display provides a precise indication of the gas concentration being measured and the alarm set points. An RS232C serial port for Personal Computer connection is available on the CPU board, which permits the remote programming of the control panel with a substantial reduction in time. Report from the event memory or real time printouts can be obtained from a printer connected to the Centronics parallel port.
